Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RACA) Training
Air Cargo Security Awareness Training
This course is designed to assist you in achieving the basic skills and knowledge needed to effectively carry out the air cargo security functions of a RACA and equip you with the basic training required to work in the Regulated Air Cargo environment.
The course is self-paced, offered online and valid for three years. Once payment is made in full, you'll receive your login details and can begin the course.
There are two sections and a two-part assessment for this course:

Assessment
1) Final Knowledge Assessment Task (online)
- Consists of 20 multi-choice questions.
- 80% pass mark required (16/20 correct).
- You may have a second attempt if unsuccessful - with a different set of questions.
2) Scenario Testing (online)
- Several scenarios
- Designed to demonstrate your practical skills and simulate the way you would handle certain practical situations in your workplace.
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded once the assessment is successfully completed.
