INCO Terms and Methods of Payment

The seminar will enable participants to determine the rights and obligations of the shipper and consignee under the International Chamber of Commerce terms of sale. NZ Carriage of Goods

Participants on this seminar will gain a practical understanding of the application of the New Zealand Carriage of Goods Act 1979. This Act applies to domestic carriage of goods as well as international shipments prior to loading on the exporting vessel/aircraft or after discharge from the importing vessel/aircraft. Practical case studies will be completed to develop a working knowledge of the application of the Act. Includes content on CMR and COTIF regimes.
