19 November 2025 - 1.00 to 2.00pm - MS Teams
19 November 2025 - 1.00 to 2.00pm - MS Teams
This session explains what makes a customer “known” or “unknown” under Civil Aviation Rule Part 109 and why it matters for aviation security. We’ll walk through what RACAs need to do to register, validate, and monitor Known Customers, and how this process helps protect the secure air cargo supply chain. The webinar covers key points from Advisory Circular AC109-6, including how to identify and separate known and unknown cargo, maintain a Known Customer Register, and complete a Consignment Security Declaration (CSD). By the end, participants will understand how these requirements work together to reduce risk, demonstrate compliance, and strengthen confidence in New Zealand’s airfreight system.
