Full Delegate

Pre-Dinner Drinks and Conference Dinner
Includes Pre-Dinner Drinks, Conference Dinner and Entertainment on the Thursday Night only.

Student
Includes the two days of conference attendance, morning and afternoon teas and lunch. Please note that attendance at the Activities, Welcome Function, Pre-Dinner Drinks and Gala Dinner are NOT included in this price. Please email a copy of your Student ID to conference(at)cbaff.org.nz

Hotel Reservations
Delegates can either make their own arrangements for accommodation or book at the discounted rate with the Millennium Hotel. Rooms are held on a first-come, first-serve basis. All accommodation bookings are to be organised by the delegate directly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by 22 April 2016 will receive a full refund. After this date and up until 10 May 2016, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date, including ‘no-shows’ at the conference. Substitute delegates may be appointed at any time.

Consequence of Commerce Commission Enquiry
Proceedings will be monitored to ensure that provisions of the Commerce Act 1986 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are strictly observed. Legal advice will be sought if required.
